Landing beaches

There are 5 beaches :

– Sword Beach ( Ouistreham)

– Juno Beach (Courseulles-sur-Mer)

– Gold beach (Arromanches-les-Bains)

– Omaha Beach (Colleville-sur-Mer)

– Utah Beach (From Sainte-Marie-du-Mont to Quinéville)

On June 6th 1994 at 6.30am begun, on Normandie’s beaches, the biggest military operation of all times.

Today, millions of visitors all around the world come to visit pay tribute to the soldiers who liberated France.
